We're going to publish a set of short interviews with a range of staff working in the HE sector to get their perspective on the issue and strike.
Whether you're a technician, lecturer, professor, admin or services staff working in a UK university, and if you're planning to take part or not, we want to hear from you.
Please email claire.shaw@theguardian.com with no more than 200 words explaining why you are, or aren't, taking part in the strike and your experience of pay disparity in the sector. Names will be attributed to the chosen interviews.
